Using our archetypes, we created concepts of what current•c might be. One of our ideas in this phase was to provide tips to users based on their own spending. People responded negatively. They didn’t want their hand to be held by the card. They instead wanted meaningful information to help them make the decision on their own.

current•c
Microsoft and Motorola together prompted us to develop a concept that would facilitate learning on a context-aware mobile device.  To this initial prompt, we added the socially relevant topic of personal finances.  The resultant product, current•c, is a card that helps you learn to make smart financial decisions.  You carry it with you and use it to make all of your purchaseswhen you need it most: at the moment of choice.
