To illustrate a project that was in line with the goals of the concept, we created a redesign of the facility’s cafe, with new furniture, lighting, healthy food options, and a more community friendly atmosphere.
Healthy Hills
A service design project in collaboration with UPMC, our team was asked to look at a UPMC satellite facility and develop a service design concept for improving the patient experience.
Healthy Hills is a community centered concept that not only provides medical treatment, but inspires healthy lifestyles through a variety of services that involve the community in taking care of their own health.
