We mapped the patient experience through UPMC South Hills by shadowing patients and staff through every part of the process, from the initial phone call, through surgery itself, to getting back in the car and going home.
Healthy Hills
A service design project in collaboration with UPMC, our team was asked to look at a UPMC satellite facility and develop a service design concept for improving the patient experience.
Healthy Hills is a community centered concept that not only provides medical treatment, but inspires healthy lifestyles through a variety of services that involve the community in taking care of their own health.
